Return Policy

 

PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS ARE REFUNDED VIA STORE CREDIT IN THE FORM OF A SHER & OLIVE E-GIFT CARD.

SHER & OLIVE DOES NOT ISSUE STORE CREDIT FOR THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES.

 

Please follow return policy: 

  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Sher & Olive E-Gift Card.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed in original packaging, with original tags and labels.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, and wear markings.
  • Damaged and defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  • Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned for store credit.

 

Customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.

 

Returns can take up to 5 business days to be processed. Once processed you will receive an email notification. Store credits are provided in the form of a Sher & Olive E-Gift Card. 

 

RETURN TO SENDER 

  • Return to sender packages will be restocked. A store credit in the form of a Sher and Olive E-Gift Card will be issued minus original shipping fees. 
  • Sher & Olive is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

 

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot change an order once it has been entered into our system. To ensure your order is delivered properly, please ensure you have entered the correct receiver address with street abbreviations, street numbers, and necessary routing information.

 

ABANDONED RETURNS

  • If an item is returned after 14 days or a non-qualified return is shipped to us, your return will be deemed as abandoned and discarded.

Sher & Olive reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or reject returns from customer orders made on www.sherandoliveboutique.com at any time due to:

  • Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing."
  • Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, and missing items.
  • Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.

Non-Sher & Olive Boutique items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
